In your Hypergains.io dashboard, navigate to "Automation".
Click on “+ Create Workflow” and choose "Start from Scratch"
Click on "Add New Trigger" and choose a trigger. (ex. From Submitted)
Once you have saved your trigger, click "+" to select an action.
Find and select "Send SMS" in the Action section.
In the SMS editor, draft a friendly message. For example:
“Hi [First Name], we noticed you haven’t scheduled a consultation yet. Feel free to click here to pick a time that works for you! [link].”
Personalize it with dynamic tags like the lead’s name, so it feels more tailored to them.
After adding your SMS action, click on “+" below you SMS action.
Find and select "Wait"
Set a delay for a few hours or even a day, depending on the nature of the lead’s interaction. For example, if they filled out a form, sending an SMS 3 hours later is a good window to stay top of mind without being pushy.
In the automation builder, add a “Condition” like “If Appointment Not Booked” or “If No Response in 24 Hours.”

Use a test lead profile to trigger the form submission or action.

Head to the Analytics section to see how well the SMS follow-ups are performing.
